Job description ##

Depending on the temporary missions offered to you with our various clients, you will join the service brigade and execute the instructions of the maîtres d'hôtel. As part of banquets, catering services, executive lounges or within "à la carte" restaurants, you will participate in the setting up of the rooms, offer a warm welcome to guests and ensure the service of food and drinks by applying the current standards. You will bring your know-how and your interpersonal skills in order to guarantee a high-quality service.

Profile sought ##

You possess a minimum of three years of experience as a waiter - chef de rang with high-standing hotel establishments or in gastronomic/bistronomic type catering. Ideally, you possess initial training in the dining room. Of a jovial and affable nature, you are organized, rigorous, dynamic and customer-oriented. Able to advise your customers regarding food and wine pairings, you express yourself perfectly in French and possess good knowledge of English and/or German. Your sense of detail and your interpersonal ease make you a collaborator who can truly bring an advantage to our various clients.
