Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for personnel administration throughout the employee life cycle, respecting cantonal prescriptions and directives (personnel ordinance, instructions, regulations, etc.)
• Thought partner and deputy to our payroll expert
• Development, implementation, and support of integration measures for new employees and staff retention
• Direction of the HR team (3 employees)
• Advising managers and employees on HR issues
• Development and implementation of HR concepts and projects
• Participation in cross-functional projects to professionally represent HR
• Responsibility for the planning and implementation of leadership development training

Your profile

• Higher or continuing education in the field of HR with federal diploma/HF level
• Knowledge in payroll
• Several years of practical and management experience in a comparable position
• Excellent IT skills (MS Office, Abacus, Polypoint PEP)
• Excellent command of German, spoken and written - Affinity with the healthcare sector and close connection to the region desired
