Around 160 professionals work daily for Spitex Nidwalden in service of people. For these specialists to be able to accomplish their work, there must be someone behind the scenes keeping an eye on HR processes, advising people, supporting managers, and developing human resources. That is precisely where you come in.

As an HR team leader, you lead and develop the personnel department. You combine operational work in human resources with conceptual development. You do not only want to manage, but also to shape? Then we look forward to meeting you.

• You lead the personnel department: with two part-time employees, you ensure professional personnel support.
• You are the point of contact for all employees: you advise management on leadership issues and support employees on HR topics.
• You develop the HR department: you optimize and digitalize existing processes to make them simpler and more efficient.
• You work directly with the management: together, you develop concepts and implement projects around recruitment, employer attractiveness, and corporate health management.
• You combine daily operations and development: you know the operational tasks in HR while being able to work in a conceptual manner.

• HR experience: you possess an HR professional certificate or an equivalent qualification and bring proven professional and managerial experience.
• Digital affinity: you know Office 365 and ideally Nexus. You like to use digital solutions judiciously and develop processes.
• Conceptual mindset: you can analyze and structure HR topics and transform them into concrete projects.
• Personal initiative: you do not wait for solutions, but advance topics autonomously with a sense of responsibility and organizational skills.
• Communication strength: you intervene in an integrative and convincing manner, letting your loyal and empathetic nature shine through in your communication.
• Team spirit: you like to collaborate with others and appreciate professional exchanges.
