Do you enjoy interacting with people, maintain an overview even in hectic situations, and ensure with your warm manner that our guests feel welcome from the very first moment? Then you are exactly right for us!
The Hotel A1 Grauholz is located directly on the A1 motorway near Bern and offers business and leisure travelers a pleasant stay in a modern atmosphere. Our reception is the first point of contact for our guests – and the heart of our house.

Your tasks

• Warm welcome as well as farewell of our hotel guests
• Independent execution of check-in and check-out
• Processing of reservations via telephone, e-mail and online portals
• Creation and control of invoices as well as payment processing
• Competent information about the hotel, our services and the Bern region
• Processing of guest requests and complaints
• General administrative work at the reception
• Assistance with breakfast service if required

What you bring with you

• Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing
• Any further foreign language is an advantage
• Joy in contact with people and strong service orientation
• Friendly, well-groomed and confident appearance
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working
• Good PC user skills (MS Office); experience with hotel software is an advantage
• Readiness for flexible working hours (early, late, weekend and holiday shifts)
