Specialist Leader/agogic Cook 80% (4 full days)

SAH Zürich is a non-profit organization with impact: we move people forward - with educational offerings, job programs, and consultations in Zürich and the surrounding area.

The MenSAH offering is a three-month qualification program for gastronomy employees seeking employment. While working in the cafeteria of the Rudolf-Steiner-Schule in Wetzikon, they receive subject-specific support. The goals are the maintenance of working capacity, the expansion of professional qualifications, and the optimization of the application strategy for a sustainable re-entry into the labor market.

For our MenSAH offering in Wetzikon, we are looking for you as of 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.

Your tasks ###

• You work agogically with our participants in daily kitchen operations.
• You ensure a smooth production process and are responsible for the preparation and distribution of around 140 meals daily.
• You take responsibility for menu planning, ordering, quality assurance, and compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
• You teach vocational training and conduct training in the areas of occupational safety and hygiene.
• You promote the German language skills of our participants in daily work.
• You conduct feedback and assessment meetings with our participants.
• You work interdisciplinary with the MenSAH team to achieve common goals.
• You create reports and document the progress of participants in our database.

Your profile ###

• Training as Koch*Köchin EFZ and professional experience
• Work-agogic experience as a Koch*Köchin and/or corresponding training in work-agogics is an advantage
• High social competence and communication skills
• Patience and joy in dealing with our participants, positive view of humanity
• High resilience and flexibility
• You organize yourself independently, but are not a lone fighter. Success arises through initiative AND through close cooperation.
• Good PC user skills: MS Office, SharePoint, database, online tools
