To strengthen our committed team, we are looking for you as

Technical Customer Service Clerk 60-80% (m/f/d)

Your main tasks:

• Processing and coordination of customer complaints
• Contact person for national and international service centers
• Planning, monitoring, and optimization of service and repair processes
• Technical testing and evaluation of complaint cases in cooperation with quality management
• Analysis of repair and service cases to identify potential for improvement
• Support in the definition of spare parts and service kits as well as the creation of service instructions
• Support in the evaluation of complaints, returns, and repairs as well as the creation of key figures

Our requirements:

• Experience in technical customer service, service, or complaint management
• Technical understanding and enjoyment of root cause analysis
• High customer and service orientation
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Strong communication and team-oriented personality
• A basic technical education is an advantage, preferably in the field of refrigeration, air conditioning, electrical, or mechanical engineering
• Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing; other languages are an advantage
