Your skills and talents

• You have completed a Matura, commercial middle school, or a completed apprenticeship in a commercial environment and are perhaps enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences and are looking for employment during the semester breaks
• You are willing to work in shifts and occasionally on weekends (2-3 times per month)
• In addition to German as a native language, you speak French at level B2, any further language is an advantage (especially Italian)
• A high willingness to provide service and joy in contact via telephone characterize you
• You are helpful and enjoy supporting people
• You are technically savvy and can familiarize yourself with IT systems in a short time
• In hectic situations, you keep your calm and stay positive
