Job description

As a Sales Advisor, you are the friendly person who welcomes our customers and embodies the heart of our brand.

You will have the opportunity to provide customers with high-level service at every turn. Whether it is initiating conversations or helping at the checkout, in the fitting rooms, and throughout the store, you will play an essential role in enhancing the shopping experience. Your responsibilities will also include processing deliveries, replenishing stock, and merchandising the latest clothing in the store.

Your role is essential in creating welcoming experiences that showcase the best of our brand. With warmth and enthusiasm, you will guide our customers throughout their journey, offering them genuine assistance and proactive service to uplift and inspire them. Together, in collaboration with your team, you will create moments that matter.

While previous customer service experience and familiarity with fabrics are pleasant, they are not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Customer orientation: You enjoy interacting with people and are committed to providing excellent service
• Adaptability and flexibility: Ability to adapt and respond to changing priorities and customer requests
• Initiative: Proactive and motivated to take initiative and complete tasks with quality
• Excellent communication: Sincere interest in people, clear communication, and active listening to understand needs and perspectives
• Curiosity and willingness to learn: Open to feedback and always seeking opportunities to grow
• Passion for the brand: You have a genuine interest in our brand and our collections, and love sharing this enthusiasm with customers
• Schedule flexibility: Available to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
• You have very good language skills in French and English.

Preferable but not mandatory

• Understanding of store operations and customer service skills through previous experience in retail
• Confidence to advise customers on fashion trends, materials, sizes, etc.

Additional information

Full-time/part-time position with a 30-hour per week contract
