Clerk / Clerk Reception and Appointment Scheduling 40 % (Holiday Cover 100%)

In our rehabilitation clinic Basel in Claraspital, we treat female and male patients particularly in the field of internal medicine and oncological rehabilitation through modern and patient-centered care. To ensure seamless service operations and the satisfaction of our guests as well as female and male patients, our valued specialists provide high-quality and diverse services daily.

The regular workload is 40 %. During the holiday cover, a workload of 100 % is required.

Your tasks

• Appointment scheduling: Create the therapy plans of the female and male patients and take care of the admission and discharge management
• Patient management: Enter the patient data into our clinical information system (KIS) and create patient dossiers in contact with referrers
• Administration: Support general secretarial work such as processing mail and operating the telephone switchboard
• Informing: Be the information and contact point for female and male patients, visitors, as well as employees
• Finances: You are responsible for cash management including monthly closings
• Organization: Support the further development and implementation of processes and structures in patient administration

What you bring

• Education: Completed training in the commercial or paramedical field
• Experience: Several years of experience in a similar function, preferably in the healthcare sector
• IT skills: Very good user knowledge (Word, Excel, planning systems etc.)
• Languages: Very good German skills in spoken and written
• Personality: You are characterized by a high service orientation, an independent way of working, as well as strong organizational and coordination talent and convince with teamwork, flexibility, and reliability
