What you can achieve ###

• You advise and accompany managers as a competent and trustworthy contact person in all personnel-relevant issues throughout the entire HR lifecycle
• You professionally support managers in demanding personnel, labor law, and organizational situations
• Together with the HR Business Partners, HR Support, HR Administration, and the HR competence centers, you ensure solution-oriented and customer-oriented HR consulting
• You work closely with specialists in the areas of labor law, Compensation & Benefits, and other HR specialist departments
• You actively contribute your expertise to the further development of HR processes and services and contribute to efficient workflows
• You accompany change and transformation processes and support managers in successful implementation

What you bring with you ###

• Further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable function
• Proficient in dealing with labor law, personnel, and organizational issues
• High consulting competence, decisiveness, and a winning, professional appearance
• Independent, solution-oriented personality with an interest in actively shaping change processes and interdisciplinary cooperation
