You can arrange external audit appointments directly with the audited companies weeks in advance. As long as the deadlines of our clients are met, private appointments can take place on fixed days or be designed alternatively and flexibly (annual working hours). * STYLISTIC PROFICIENCY IN GERMAN: The activity fundamentally requires no extensive writing activity. However, you need stylistic proficiency for correspondence and reporting. After the audit activity, the client only sees our report. This must be error-free. We use Word as a word processing program. * EXCEL: Practical experience in handling Excel and simple to complex formulas, shortcuts, formatting, etc., should already be brought by our new team member. * EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: The issues surrounding various collective labor agreements can be very complex. A commercial or similar education helps you to understand the connections and classify deviations from the provisions. For the audit activity, you need a certain amount of work and life experience. * APPLICATION PROCESS: After receiving your documents, two rounds of interviews follow. In the first interview, your personality and the description of the activity are the focus; additionally, we test some of the required skills in a short assessment (20 Min.). In the second interview, you will receive a deeper insight into the task, open questions will be clarified, you will get to know your colleagues, and together we will check whether mutual expectations can be met.
