Sales Advisor in bakery-pastry and tea-room service — 50 to 60 %

La Boulangerie Zogbi is looking for a welcoming and dynamic person to join its team in Aubonne. We offer artisanal slow-fermentation breads, fine pastries, and a gourmet offer for the tea-room, with coffees, teas, and specialties prepared with care. Every day, we wish to offer our clientele a warm and tasty break.

Your mission

Under the responsibility of the manager and the point of sale manager, you will participate in the daily life of the shop and the tea-room. Your tasks will be varied:

Welcome, advise, and serve customers with attention and good humor;

Present and sell breads, pastries, grocery products, and suggestions of the day;

Prepare orders, pack products, and process sales payments;

Prepare snacking: sandwiches, salads, quiches, and other products offered;

Ensure service in the tea-room, notably for drinks and table orders;

Set up display cases and sales areas, ensuring their replenishment and presentation;

Participate in the preparation of the shop before opening and its closing;

Maintain the sales, preparation, and service areas clean and welcoming;

Apply hygiene and food safety rules;

Take part, according to needs, in services or activities organized outside the shop.

Your profile

You enjoy contact with customers and know how to offer a smiling and attentive service;

You are versatile, organized, and enjoy teamwork;

You are comfortable in a lively environment, with tasks that change throughout the day;

Experience in sales, bakery-pastry, or catering is an asset;

Training in sales or catering is appreciated;

You are available to work according to the point of sale hours, including weekends.
