HR Generalist*in – sought immediately for temporary support

Your area of responsibility:

• Independent creation and preparation of monthly FTE and headcount reports
• Quarterly calculation and recording of HR provisions via Excel
• Conducting quarterly absence and productivity analyses using pivot tables and Excel functions
• Responsibility for the entire onboarding and offboarding process including accompanying employees throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle
• Efficient handling of all administrative tasks in daily HR operations
• Close exchange and well-coordinated cooperation with the HR Business Partners (HRBP), Payroll, and HR Administration.

Your profile

• Commercial basic training or similar qualification, further training in the field of HR is an advantage
• Several years of experience as an HR Generalist*in or in a comparable function
• Strong affinity for numbers as well as very good Excel skills (especially pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis)
• Knowledge of Abacus and SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
• Very good German skills (C2), other national languages and English are an advantage
