BMC Helix ITSM Consultant (22180 / 60-80% workload)

Task For one of our customers from the financial services industry, we are looking for an experienced BMC Helix ITSM Consultant for temporary reinforcement of the platform engineering team. You will support the operational operation as well as the ongoing further development of an existing BMC Helix ITSM environment and relieve the internal Lead Engineer. In doing so, you will independently take on technical tasks, analyze problem situations, and implement pragmatic solutions. Your main tasks include: * Ensuring stable operation as well as administration and configuration of the BMC Helix ITSM platform * Independent processing of incidents, service requests, and technical problem situations * Analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization of existing ITSM processes and configurations * Support and adaptation of existing integration jobs with Spoon / Pentaho Data Integration (PDI) * Implementation of adaptations, testing, and production-related improvements * Cooperation with the Lead Engineer as well as internal process and service managers * Technical documentation and knowledge transfer to the internal team * If required, occasional support of an ongoing ITOM project Requirements * Several years of practical experience with BMC Helix ITSM, especially in administration, configuration, and operation * Sound knowledge of central ITSM modules, especially Incident Management, Problem Management, and Service Request Management * Practical experience with Spoon / Pentaho Data Integration (PDI), especially analysis and adaptation of existing integration jobs * Good knowledge of ITSM processes and ITIL * Experience in troubleshooting, testing, and technical implementation of platform adaptations * Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working * Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with existing system landscapes and react flexibly to changing requirements * Good German and/or English skills (at least B2) Contact Person Richard Frey, , [ ](< >) j4id10438547jm j4it1042jm j4iy26jm
