Do you have solid experience in IT support and enjoy direct contact with users?
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed person who, through their technical knowledge, service orientation, and sense of solution, contributes significantly to the smooth running of IT operations.

Your tasks ##

• * As an experienced IT support collaborator, you assist and advise users on technical and application-related questions, thereby contributing to high user satisfaction
• * You support users in 1st and 2nd level support - both by telephone and on-site
• * Resolution of incidents, pre-analysis of incident reports and transmission to the competent departments
• * Knowledge and experience with an IT service management tool (incident management) are desired as well as participation in projects
• * Provision, installation, and delivery of new hardware and software components
• Your profile ##
• * Completed IT training or continuing education
• * Several years of professional experience in IT support (at least 2 years), in particular experience in a client environment (2nd level)
• * Very good knowledge of the Windows 11 operating system, as well as Microsoft Office products in general
• * Autonomy, reliability, and strong customer orientation
• * Category B driver's license, good knowledge of German (oral and written)
