YOUR ROLE WITH US ##

As a cook, you are an important member of our kitchen team and at the heart of the action in our open kitchen. You prepare our breakfast, brunch and dessert dishes with great care and an eye for detail. You regularly assume daily responsibility and, with your team, ensure that every dish leaves the kitchen as beautiful and delicious as we promise our guests.

For a good brunch to become a true Bloomell experience, the kitchen and service work hand in hand. Close and respectful collaboration between the two teams is naturally part of our functioning.

WHAT YOU DO ##

• Preparation of our high-quality breakfast, brunch and dessert dishes according to Bloomell standards
• Active participation in the open kitchen during daily service
• Assuming daily responsibility and coordinating kitchen processes
• Ensuring consistent quality, attractive presentation and timely preparation
• Participation in order management, goods reception and stock management
• Close collaboration with the kitchen and service team

• Kitchen experience and pleasure in working in a busy day service
• Passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients and beautifully presented dishes
• A structured, clean and efficient way of working
• Responsibility, autonomy and organizational skills
• Team spirit and pleasure in collaborating closely with the service team
• Stress resistance and calmness, even when it is busy
• Taste for digital tools and modern work processes
• Good knowledge of German for communication within the team and with our guests
• Availability for regular service on weekends and public holidays
