Kitchen Assistant (M&W)

For our restaurant with traditional, fresh Thai cuisine for demanding guests, we are looking for, as of now or by arrangement, a reliable

Kitchen Assistant in an hourly wage for irregular assignments by arrangement

Your responsibility / tasks:

• Support in the preparation of hot and cold dishes
• Preparation work (peeling, cutting, portioning)
• Plating and garnishing the dishes
• Performing vegetable and fruit carvings (Thai Carving) for plate decoration
• Assistance in the organization of workflows in the kitchen
• Cleaning and dishwashing work
• Compliance with hygiene and quality regulations HACCP

Your profile

• Experience in Thai cuisine
• Confident mastery of vegetable and fruit carvings (Thai Carving)
• Very good knowledge of the Thai language in spoken and written form
• Good oral German skills
• Good oral French skills
• Independent and exact way of working
• Resilient, flexible and a team player
• A formal vocational qualification is not required.
