Our client, an international consumer goods company, is looking for a Packaging Artwork Coordinator

to join its European Marketing team on a temporary basis 60-80% on a 8 month assignment

Key responsibilities

Artwork creation and management

• Responsible for the creation and updating of packaging artworks in close collaboration with the NPD team and Product Managers, ensuring timely delivery for all categories across multiple European markets.
• Manage the end-to-end artwork workflow: briefing, design creation or adaptation, development of the English Master, internal review and approval, then multi-country and multi-language localisation through to final release.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and compliance with product, regulatory and process requirements on every artwork.
• Carry out thorough proofreading and quality checks at each stage to guarantee error-free packaging.

Stakeholder coordination

• Act as the central interface between all parties involved in the artwork process, both internal (marketing, regulatory affairs, quality, supply chain, legal, procurement, local country teams) and external (design agencies, freelance graphic designer, software partners, suppliers, printers, photographer).
• Collect, consolidate and follow up on feedback and approvals from all stakeholders, keeping projects moving and deadlines met.
• Keep Product Managers informed of project status, risks and priorities.

Process efficiency

• Ensure the efficiency of the creative and approval process, using Ziflow (or the artwork management tool in place) to track versions, annotations and sign-offs.
• Plan and prioritise multiple artwork projects in parallel, anticipating bottlenecks and adapting to urgent requests.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of artwork processes, templates and documentation.

Profil recherché

Your profile

• First successful experience (junior to intermediate level) in packaging artwork coordination or packaging project management, ideally in an FMCG, consumer goods or consumer health environment.
• Proven ability to manage projects involving many internal and external stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Ziflow is a strong asset; experience with a similar artwork management and proofing tool ( Esko WebCenter, GlobalVision, Kallik, Workfront) is valued.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat for reviewing and annotating print files; familiarity with Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
• Understanding of packaging, labelling and multi-market localisation constraints.
• Exceptional attention to detail and rigour: packaging errors are not an option.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills; able to pick up ongoing projects quickly and work autonomously.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, sometimes urgent environment.
• Fluent English required; French and other European languages are an advantage.
