Kitchen Assistant

Tasks

• Independent collaboration in the preparation of all dishes according to the menu
• Preparation and processing of fresh ingredients (washing, cutting, portioning, and marinating vegetables)
• Production and preparation of doughs
• Preparation of Turkish and vegetarian meze dishes
• General kitchen work such as preparation, cleaning, and tidying of the workplace

Requirements

• Experience in the kitchen or gastronomy desired, ideally in Turkish or Mediterranean cuisine
• Knowledge in the preparation of vegetarian dishes and meze dishes is an advantage
• Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
• Confident handling of fresh food and ingredients
• Awareness of cleanliness, hygiene, and order in the kitchen

German or Turkish language skills for communication within the team

Workload: 40–50 % or hourly wage by arrangement
