HR & Payroll Specialist (60 % Payroll | 40 % HR Administration)

Do you want to combine your payroll expertise with a versatile activity in HR administration? Then you are exactly right with us. In this exciting function, you will take responsibility for operational personnel work and support our employees and managers competently and in a service-oriented manner.

Your tasks

• Main responsibility for the monthly payroll processing for around 200 employees
• Co-responsibility for the entire personnel administration from entry to exit
• Support in the recruitment process from the job posting to the creation of contracts
• Contact person for employees and managers for personnel-relevant questions
• Participation in the further development of existing HR processes & support in HR projects, as well as implementation of Abacus

Your profile

• Further education as an HR specialist with federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) or Payroll Specialist
• Very good knowledge of Swiss payroll and social insurance (mandatory 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable function)
• Confident handling of MS Office as well as digital affinity; knowledge in PEP and Lobos is a plus
• Independent, exact and structured way of working
• Service-oriented, discrete and responsible personality with a hands-on mentality
• Positive and humorous nature as well as enjoyment of contact with employees and managers
• Resilient, reliable and also well-organized and flexibly deployable in a dynamic environment
