ASSISTANT FOR SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THE SWISS MARKET (DE/FR)

Contract with a term of maximum 12 months, workload: 50 %

You report to the «Operations Manager DACH» and provide efficient and proactive support in the processing of customer orders in pre-sales and the after-sales area for the Swiss market.

Your tasks:

• Processing of orders and follow-up until invoicing
• Coordination of the clarification of disputes and customer concerns in cooperation with the various departments of the company
• Providing support in pre-sales, creation of offers, highlighting special offers and product novelties, to actively contribute to turnover
• Advising and caring for customers in all commercial, product-related and technical matters
• Administration of internal software and platforms related to customers
• Ensuring the checking, administrative processing and completion of repair cases transmitted by customer service according to the applicable procedures
• Ensuring the administrative processing and administration of rental and test devices, from provision to return
• Participation in the implementation of advertising campaigns and the associated events

Your competencies:

• You have an EFZ as Kaufmann/-frau, Büroangestellter/-e or an equivalent training
• You have excellent knowledge in handling common IT applications
• You are able to perform your work independently, carefully and conscientiously
• You are pragmatic, have good communication skills and enjoy dealing with people
• You are a Swiss German native speaker and master French; other languages are an advantage
