ICT Supporter 50 - 60 %

As a higher vocational school, we are a customer-centric educational company for the healthcare sector at tertiary education level with around 1100 students. Based on cantonal service contracts, we contribute to providing sufficient, well-qualified, and motivated specialists in interprofessional professional fields through attractive initial and continuing education. In the Services area, we are looking for a service-oriented personality as an ICT Supporter 50 -- 60 % (temporary until 31 December 2027) starting from 1 February 2027 or by arrangement. Working in the ICT department requires audience-appropriate communication skills in personal and telephone consulting of our diverse clientele (employees, students, and lecturers). These are often in challenging situations where it is particularly important to listen to the counterpart. Good empathy, patience, and enjoyment of direct contact are indispensable. Your tasks * Receiving fault reports, questions, and change requests * Analyzing and resolving simple faults as well as forwarding complex problems and supporting during escalations * Creating and managing new as well as existing user accounts and setting up access permissions * Installing and commissioning clients as well as maintaining hardware and software * Optimizing internal collaboration solutions based on Microsoft SharePoint Online as well as other Microsoft 365 solutions * Supporting the implementation as well as the testing of new Office applications and other specialist applications * Training new employees and students in using the ICT environment Your qualifications * Completed EFZ in the field of informatics or experience in ICT support * Familiarity with heterogeneous ICT environments (Windows and macOS systems) as well as good knowledge of SharePoint Online and other Microsoft 365 solutions * Proficient German skills in speaking and writing, English skills are an advantage * Enjoyment of personal contact with customers and working in a team * Careful and reliable way of working, even with recurring activities * Flexible, solution-oriented, and independent way of acting, even in unforeseen situations Our offer An interesting, versatile field of activity in which you can contribute your competencies and your personality; contemporary employment conditions and a modern place of work at our campus in Bern.
