The Tschuggen Grand Hotel in Arosa is a 5-star superior luxury hotel located at 1,800 m altitude in the Grisons mountains. Completed professional apprenticeship

German/English required, any other language is an asset

Experience in 4/5 star hospitality

Careful and precise in respecting hygiene standards

Neat appearance

? YOUR TASKS

Preparation of dishes: cooking, roasting, braising, steaming and frying of food

Mise en place: preparation of ingredients (cleaning vegetables, cutting meat) and making work utensils available

Ordering, receiving, quality control and appropriate storage of food items

Compliance with HACCP guidelines, cleaning of kitchen equipment and work areas

Daily assembly of goods necessary for the order via the chef de cuisine

Careful and creative plating of dishes before service
