What do you bring with you? * You bring an HR specialist qualification or a degree in the field of HR as well as several years of experience as an HR specialist, preferably in an SME. * You bring very good social skills, resilience, and humor. * In the small People & Culture team, you work independently and proactively. * You communicate appropriately for the target group in German (C1 or native language) and French (at least B2) and are very proficient in the common Office programs.
