• You strengthen our crew in their various roles and our circle organization as a whole with your HR impact toolkit – and create conditions in which self-efficacy and healthy performance are promoted.
• You are responsible for our HR processes – from winning and integrating to development and health to offboarding – and ensure lean, reliable personnel administration, excluding payroll processing and personnel cost planning.
• You are a sparring partner, coach, and mentor for crew members, pilots, circles, and owners – regarding personnel, organizational, and labor law questions as well as regarding development, change, and tensions, and you develop sustainable solutions together with those involved.
• You think ahead, recognize what is needed all around tomorrow, and translate strategic goals into practical structures, processes, and solutions.
