Your task:

• Receiving and processing internal and external customer calls
• Verifying customers and recording fault reports or general inquiries
• Coordination and dispatching of appointments for customer service technicians in the field of building automation for interventions or on-site services
• Verification of contractual agreements and compliance with the specified processes

Your profile:

• Commercial or technical basic training with commercial knowledge or dispatcher
• Experience in customer service (dispatching) is an advantage, dispatching in the field of building automation (Smart Building/HVAC)
• Fluent German skills in speaking and writing
• Other languages (English, French, Italian) are a plus
• Confident handling of MS Office programs (SAP is an advantage)
• Good analytical skills
• Strong sense of service orientation and customer care
• You are a team player, cheerful, service-oriented personality who enjoys showing initiative and finds joy in the profession
