Tasks

• You process customer inquiries independently via system, telephone and e-mail
• You document all processes and ensure a complete data history
• You communicate with internal departments to clarify customer concerns
• You monitor and track the status of tickets
• You monitor or optimize existing processes

Requirements

• You have a completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable training and ideally have experience in customer service or a similar position
• You are proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and preferably have experience with CRM or ERP systems. Experience using Confluence and Jira is an advantage
• You work in a customer-oriented manner, always seek solutions and are characterized by careful, precise work as well as a high degree of reliability
• You are a team player, ready for cross-departmental collaboration, set priorities, work efficiently and are resilient as well as capable of handling conflict
• You have very good German skills in speaking and writing, as well as good oral French skills; knowledge of Italian and English is an advantage
