Das Übersetzerhaus Looren is a small cultural operation in Wernetshausen in the Zürcher Oberland. In our nine guest rooms, we host literary translators from all over the world for multi-week working stays. We also regularly organize events and further training in the field of literary translation.

Your profile

• Commercial training with further training as Sachbearbeiter:in Rechnungswesen
• Experience in personnel administration from entry to exit, wage and social security accounting, payroll accounting
• Several years of experience in these areas in an SME
• Excellent German skills, very good English and French skills in spoken and written form
• Confident handling of MS-Office
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Team spirit and openness in dealing with guests from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds

Your tasks

• Independent management of the accounting (BANANA) incl. budget planning and annual financial statements / audit (no MWSt)
• Administrative responsibility for personnel and payroll using KLARA
• Responsibility for the administration of guest stays (FileMaker) and care of our international guests
• Close cooperation with management, team and board
• General administration tasks
