In this versatile function, you will look after various companies of the Securitas Gruppe in the Westschweiz, combine operational HR expertise with a view of the overarching contexts, and actively shape the further development of our HR.

What you achieve

• You are the central HR contact and sparring partner for the group companies assigned to you in the Westschweiz, advise managers on personnel, leadership, and organizational issues, and support them throughout the entire employee cycle.
• You accompany personnel, talent, and succession planning and advise managers on performance, development, and compensation issues.
• You support managers in demanding personnel cases, particularly regarding performance and behavior issues, conflicts, and separation situations.
• You manage and coordinate HR-side case management and work together with the other specialist departments.
• You advise on and accompany organizational changes and reorganizations and participate in the further development of people, structures, roles, and cooperation.
• You analyze relevant HR key figures, identify personnel and organizational fields for action, and derive suitable measures together with those responsible.
• You ensure the implementation of HR standards and personnel policy guidelines in the supervised companies and actively contribute the needs of the business to the further development of HR.
• You accompany recruiting and onboarding in cooperation with the other specialist departments and, together with HR administration and payroll, ensure professional and smooth processing of HR processes.
• You take responsibility in cross-departmental HR projects, for example, in the areas of digitalization or Employee Experience.
• You represent the HR Business Partner German-speaking Switzerland if required.

What you bring

• You have a higher education or further training in Human Resources Management (HR-Fachfrau/-mann with federal diploma, HF/FH or a comparable qualification).
• You bring several years of experience in a generalist HR function, ideally as an HR Business Partner, and are familiar with advising managers up to the level of Managing Director.
• You have profound knowledge of Swiss labor law and navigate confidently in demanding personnel situations.
• You combine strong consulting and communication skills with a good understanding of operational contexts and encounter different stakeholders respectfully and confidently.
• You work independently and in a structured manner, take responsibility, and have high judgment, conflict, and solution-oriented abilities.
• You like to shape changes; you bring interest in organizational development, HR processes, and digitalization.
• You have a high IT affinity and work confidently with common digital work and HR instruments.
• For the support of our group companies, you bring the willingness for regular occasional travel within Switzerland.
• Your mother tongue is French or you have very good French skills; good to very good German skills enable you to collaborate across language borders. Any additional language is a plus.
