For the IT organization of our client, we are looking for a committed personality as an IT Supporter (1st Level IT Support / 2nd Level Client Support) to temporarily reinforce the Workplace Team. You will support employees at several locations in German-speaking Switzerland and make a significant contribution to smooth IT operations.

What awaits you:

• Receiving, processing and documenting IT requests and fault reports in 1st Level Support
• Analyzing and independently solving hardware, software and client problems in 2nd Level Support
• Installing, configuring and providing notebooks, workstations and peripheral devices
• Supporting users with Microsoft-365, Windows and standard applications
• Collaborating with the Workplace Team as well as escalating complex incidents to specialized specialist departments

What you should bring:

• Initial professional experience in IT support, Service Desk or Client Support
• Good knowledge of Windows client systems as well as Microsoft 365
• Experience in dealing with ticketing systems and structured incident management
• Independent, reliable and service-oriented way of working
• Business fluent German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
