• With your expert knowledge, you are an important sparring partner for HR Business Partners as well as line managers and support them in their daily operational work

What you bring with you:

• You have several years of experience in operational HR, ideally with a specialization in recruiting; alternatively, you bring an agency background with experience in searching for specialized IT professionals
• You are very well-versed in innovative recruiting methods and enjoy looking for new ways and possibilities to address and select the right candidates
• You have strong communication skills, combined with the ability to quickly build a relationship of trust
• You have a high service orientation and like to think "out of the box" to be successful in finding talent in the War for Talents
