Customer Service Clerk 80-100% (m/f/d)

For our client, a successful company in Wohlen, we are looking for a temporary Customer Service Clerk (m/f/d).

As a Customer Service Clerk, become part of a dedicated team that reliably supports our international customers – from the quotation phase to timely delivery.

You communicate with customers worldwide, coordinate with internal departments, and maintain an overview even in complex processes. Look forward to an international environment, varied tasks, and a collegial team that values cohesion.

This is a temporary but indefinite assignment.

Your tasks:

• Primary contact person for customer inquiries in an international environment
• Creation, follow-up, and coordination of quotations
• Order entry in the ERP system as well as sending order confirmations with delivery dates
• Monitoring of delivery dates and active communication in case of changes
• Close cooperation with Sales, Product Management, Production Planning, Shipping, and other internal interfaces
• Clarification and coordination of customer wishes regarding quantities, dates, prices, products, and shipping terms
• Maintenance of customer master data and active participation in service quality

What you bring:

• Completed commercial vocational training
• Experience and knowledge with SAP HANA (mandatory)
• Proficient use of MS Office

Fluent German and English skills
