What awaits you:

• Receipt and processing of support requests and fault reports via telephone, e-mail and ticket system
• Analysis and resolution of technical faults in 1st level support
• Documentation of support cases as well as forwarding more complex faults to 2nd and 3rd level support
• Friendly, competent and solution-oriented support for users

What you should bring:

• Completed IT training EFZ or comparable
• Several years of experience in IT support, service desk or in a comparable function
• Good knowledge in 1st level support as well as in the processing of faults and support requests
• Strong service orientation and enjoyment of contact with users
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Business fluent German skills in speaking and writing
