Nearly 280 employees promote, support, care for and employ people with disabilities in their living, working and residential space. Your area of responsibility ? Management, coordination and implementation of digitalization projects within the foundation, Workforce Management System and MyAbacus ? Close cooperation with Abacus as well as other system and secondary providers, especially on interface topics ? Planning and controlling of project processes, deadlines and milestones ? Interface function between specialist departments, IT and external partners ? Support in the introduction and optimization of digital tools and processes ? Conducting system training for managers ? Preparation of decision-making bases as well as reporting to the management What you bring with you ? Very good technical knowledge of Abacus (e.g. HR/payroll modules, MyAbacus) are a prerequisite ? Completed training or further education in the field of project management, business informatics, business administration or similar ? Several years of professional experience in the management and implementation of digitalization or IT projects ? HR background knowledge is an advantage ? Strong communication and coordination skills ?
