HR Controller 80%

• Planning, budgeting and forecasting of personnel costs, headcount and FTE as well as coordination with Payroll and Finance Controlling
• Carrying out target-actual comparisons, variance and cost center analyses as well as deriving measures in the event of budget deviations, cost risks and data anomalies
• Analysis of central HR key figures such as fluctuation, sickness rate as well as entries and exits
• Creation of HR reports, dashboards, management evaluations and decision-making bases for HR management, Finance and Executive Board
• Creation of business cases and economic efficiency calculations for personnel decisions
• Support with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as well as with accruals, deferrals and account reconciliations, especially for bonuses, holidays and variable remuneration
• Ensuring data quality and consistent interfaces between HR, Payroll, ERP and controlling systems
• Maintenance and further development of key figures, reporting standards and dashboards as well as automation and standardization of HR controlling processes
• Optimization of cooperation between HR, Payroll, accounting and Finance Controlling as well as participation in HR and Finance digitalization projects
• Support with internal and external audits
• Completed studies in business administration, economics, personnel management, Finance, Controlling, accounting or comparable further training
• Several years of experience in HR controlling, financial controlling, accounting, payroll or a comparable function
• Very good knowledge of personnel cost planning, cost accounting, budgeting and forecasting
• Sound knowledge of accounting and closing processes, especially accruals, deferrals and account reconciliations
• Understanding of wage and salary accounting, social security as well as personnel-related booking and accounting processes
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel; experience with Abacus ERP and BI tools such as Power BI
• Analytical, precise and structured way of working with high IT and data affinity
• Very good German and English skills
