Job Description ###

In this position, you will undertake a varied activity in technical customer support and competently advise customers on products and services. The place of work is located in Tägerwilen, and the start date is 16.11.2026. The assignment is temporary until approximately January 2027, but there is the possibility of further employment depending on performance and availability. The shifts take place from Monday to Sunday between 07:00 and 22:00.

Tasks

In this versatile function, you will conduct and log incoming telephone calls in technical customer service. You are the first point of contact for customer inquiries and competently support customers with questions regarding the various design channels and photo products. In doing so, you analyze technical problems, determine their causes, and develop suitable solutions. If concerns cannot be resolved directly, you forward them via the CRM system to the responsible interfaces. With your customer-oriented, friendly, and professional advice, you contribute significantly to high customer satisfaction and ensure efficient processing of all inquiries.

Requirements

For this position, you have completed vocational training or bring corresponding professional experience. You possess good PC skills as well as advanced IT user knowledge and have a good technical and telecommunications understanding. Fluent German skills in speaking and writing, as well as a very good understanding of Swiss German, are mandatory. Additional language skills in English, French, or Italian are an advantage. Personally, you convince through your communication strength, your affinity for consulting, and your motivated, flexible, and reliable personality. An independent, careful, and solution-oriented way of working completes your profile. During the two-week training, an availability of 100 percent is required. Furthermore, you are prepared to be deployed within a workload of 80 to 100 percent five days per week between Monday and Sunday.
