Tasks:

• You are responsible for the implementation and further development of personnel policy, personnel strategy, and personnel processes within the framework of the specifications of the executive management
• With commitment and foresight, you lead the personnel processes within the entire personnel life cycle
• Together with your team, you provide and are responsible for all services of the HR department. In addition to personnel and payroll administration, this includes service-oriented HR business partnering and ensuring basic vocational training
• With initiatives such as occupational health management and modern employer branding, you shape the image of the municipal administration as an employer
• You bear the budget and IKS responsibility within the personnel area and its processes and are the contact person for internal and external authorities and official bodies in the personnel area
• In addition to your strategic and leadership-related tasks, as an HR Business Partner, you advise line managers and executive management on personnel and labor law issues and accompany projects in personnel and organizational development

Your profile:

• You have a completed degree (FH/Uni) with a focus on Human Resources, business administration, or a comparable education with higher HR continuing education (HR-Leiter/in, MAS Human Resources Management)
• You actively contribute your several years of professional and leadership experience
• In addition to a high degree of consulting competence and experience in working with the executive management, you also enjoy tackling projects yourself
• You feel comfortable in organizational development, in change and transformation processes, and drive them forward
• Your ability for digital process design, your analytical and structured way of working support you in your daily work
