Tasks ###

• In this exciting role, you are co-responsible for ensuring optimal service and advisory quality towards end customers in the field of vehicle financing
• This includes participation in day-to-day business and taking over telephone customer conversations in both national languages (German and French) - after customer identification has taken place
• It is essential to adhere to the applicable regulations, processes, and instructions (Legal & Compliance)
• You are also co-responsible for the fulfillment of team goals in relation to the required service levels
• Furthermore, the execution of after-sales activities and the processing of incoming correspondence are part of your area of responsibility
• You will work closely with internal interfaces (processing, recovery, accounting)

Profile ###

• Commercial training or comparable vocational training
• Initial experience in the vehicle financing business or in direct customer care
• Entrepreneurial thinking and high customer and service orientation
• Fluent German, French, and English
