Then become part of our Fraud Prevention Team! We are looking for a linguistically skilled and flexible personality who enjoys working in shifts and makes quick decisions with a clear head.

The Role * Analysis & Prevention: You monitor our fraud prevention system and process suspicious transactions precisely and efficiently.

• Customer contact: In cases of suspicion, you contact our customers by telephone and clarify the situation.
• Multilingual communication: You conduct professional conversations in German, French and English - Italian is a plus.
• Advice & Security: You inform customers about card security, fraud prevention and help to prevent abuse.

What we want * Linguistic proficiency: Very good German, French and English skills (Italian an advantage).

• Flexibility: Readiness for shift work (24/7) - your assignments will be planned in advance.
• Communication strength: You enjoy talking on the phone and remain professional even in challenging situations.
• Sense of responsibility: Reliability, independence and a trustworthy way of working characterize you.
• Knowledge in the field of digital banking products is an advantage
• Career changers/re-entrants are welcome

To ensure you start optimally, you will work with a 100% workload for the first three weeks for induction.
