Project information ###

• No sub-contracting possible, exclusively personnel leasing via Hays (Schweiz)

Tasks ###

• Research and provision of paper dossiers from the archive
• Preparation of the dossiers for the digitalization process
• Creation and assignment of separator sheets for the identification and tracking of files
• Packaging of the dossiers in transport containers (küvettes)
• Creation and maintenance of the associated delivery notes
• Organization and provision of the küvettes for transport
• Execution of on-demand scanning with the existing scanning infrastructure
• Transport of archive material to the external scanning service provider using a company vehicle
• Quantitative quality control of the digitized documents
• Support in the legally compliant digitalization and transfer of paper files into the new GEVER-/DMS-system

Profile ###

• Completed commercial training or comparable professional experience in administration, information management, or archiving
• Experience in handling physical or digital file records is an advantage
• Careful, structured, and reliable way of working
• High discretion in handling confidential and official secret-protected information
• Impeccable reputation
• Good German skills in speaking and writing (at least level B2)
• Strong quality awareness and high accuracy
• Team-oriented personality with respectful interaction and a positive basic attitude
• Resilience and enjoyment of operational and administrative activities
• Valid driving license category B
