Legal Guardian for Adult Protection (80-90 %)

Your tasks

• You manage legal guardianships in adult protection on behalf of the Child and Adult Protection Authority.
• You advise, support, or represent the affected persons in legal, administrative, welfare, and financial matters, including income and asset management.
• You work together with internal and external specialist agencies.
• You prepare accountability reports, statements, and applications.

Your profile

• You have completed a degree in Social Work and have furthered your professional training, for example with the CAS in Mandatsführung im Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutz, or are willing to acquire this further training.
• You possess a CAS Mandatsführung im Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutz or you are willing to acquire this further training.
• You have professional experience in statutory social work and in mandate management.
• You are an empathetic and well-organized personality with a great interest in legal, social, and socio-political issues.
• Good knowledge of social insurance law as well as administrative and financial issues distinguishes you.
