ICT Supporter 60-70%

Your tasks

• Support of the ICT team in first- and second-level support via telephone, ticketing system and directly on-site
• Support of employees with hardware and software problems as well as support with application questions and training
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software at workstations throughout Switzerland
• Administration and accompaniment of the ICT lifecycle management
• Ensuring reliable and service-oriented ICT support in everyday work

Your profile

• Completed initial or further education in the ICT field, preferably as Informatiker*in EFZ or ICT-Fachperson EFZ
• Preferably professional experience in ICT support or in a comparable function
• Good knowledge of Microsoft-365 environments, ideally with Entra ID, SharePoint, Microsoft Defender, Intune and Teams
• Structured, reliable and independent way of working
• Strong service orientation as well as pleasure in contact with users
