The executive secretariat of the Bildungs- und Kulturdirektion is looking for an employee as of 1. February 2027. You convince us as a discreet and trustworthy personality with enjoyment in assistant tasks.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for general secretarial tasks including mail processing, telephone and reception service
• Coordination and organization of meetings, appointments and business obligations of the Director and the Secretary General
• Coordination of the co-reporting procedures
• Co-supervision of apprentices

Your profile

• Commercial basic training or comparable training
• Independent, exact way of working and high service and quality awareness
• Knowledge of the processes of public administration is an advantage
• Stylish German language skills and good French language skills (at least level B2)

Generalsekretariat

The Generalsekretariat of the Bildungs- und Kulturdirektion supports the Bildungs- und Kulturdirektor in the fulfillment of his tasks. As a staff unit, it coordinates the activities of the offices and departments and reviews all templates and applications to the Bildungs- und Kulturdirektor.

The executive secretariat is part of the Fachbereich Direktionsstab in the Generalsekretariat, which is responsible for organizing government and Grossrat affairs and cooperation with the commission services. The team also supports the management of the Bildungs- und Kulturdirektion in organizational matters.
